Livebooks.com a lansat versiunea de comanda a site-ului, fara a furniza si datele de credit card. Astfel, puteti comanda un site de fotograf, la o calitate profesionala, cu o perioada de incercare (free trial) de 14 zile.

Facandu-va un cont, puteti incerca aplicatia de administrare, prin care sa incarcati fotografii si apoi sa le atasati in portofolii. Puteti produce fotografiile la 920 de pixeli latime (cele late) sau 562 pixeli inaltime (cele inalte) sau sa le lasati in varianta originala si sa bifati redimensionarea de catre editSuite. Succes.

The editSuite is very straight forward and easy to understand. I was excited about the shopping cart feature and was able to set that up in an hour. Customer support has been very helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. I will be a loyal liveBooks-ian for life!

Azi am fost la cumparaturi, murele si zmeura stateau cuminti la rece in frigiderul descoperit din supermaket. Oare ursii din Romania mananca fructe de padure din Spania sau alta tara mure-icola? Daca as lua acum o cutie cu mure, tine pana in 13 mai cand este evenimentul Areana Ursilor la Brasov? Poate daca au sechestrant in ele…
Arena Ursilor este un concurs de antreprenoriat online. Se va desfasura pe 13 mai la Brasov si probabil a doua editie in toamna la Bucuresti. Trebuie sa trimiti un plan de afaceri dupa modelul celor prezentate pe site, pana in data de 10 mai. El va fi evaluat de un juriu si cele mai bune 20 de proiecte vor fi invitate la sala. Aici vor avea mentori la dispozitia lor timp de cateva ore pana cand vor intra in Arena. Fiecare are 3 minute de expunere. In finala vor ramane 10 proiecte care vor primi propuneri de afaceri sau finantare.

Update for liveBooks Web Portfolio Service Adds iPhone and iPad Support

Website portfolio provider liveBooks announced today it will update its service next month to make it iPhone and iPad compatible. The update, called liveBooks Version 5.9, will let web browsers on the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch view liveBooks’ Flash-based sites.
Since those mobile devices from Apple do not support Flash, photographers who’ve used liveBooks’ portfolio sites either couldn’t show off their work on iPhones, iPads etc., or have had to specifically customize their websites to do so.
